Soooooooooooooooooo slow, it's kinda sad however, due to the fact its the only drive-thru starbucks in the are, strictly by default are they awarded a mediocre 3 stars-ugh

Very slow. And rude. I've been through quite a few times since being employed here a few years ago and I understand that there's a lot to being a barista But waiting 20 min in the lines outside and in is insane. They're more concerned with complaining to one another about others. They may think they're being quite and that customers can't hear them.....think again.

So today I went thru the drive thru and ordered a venti green tea Frap and a slice of Iced Lemon cake. When I got home to have my snack, I found a heated up cellophane wrapped piece of hard cake With the best before label reading oct/21/2014. I called and asked is this what they mean by freshly made treats.. It's June and that is already stale.. Also when I worked at a star buck (way back) They would have never handed it out like that. The girl who talked to me told me there policy changed a year ago on how they get and prepare their "baked goods" a store can have these frozen in back for 6 months before they reach the front.. and it's another 4 before they toss them.. SICK.

This Starbucks is a really good one to go to for friendly staff. There's normally a long line so I would recommend going inside to get your order. They keep it clean and normally have a decent offering of baked goods. Be very clear about what you want when you are ordering- they are only human and can sometimes make mistakes :-)

Always get what I ask for the stuff is incredible always have everything! I have been to other Star Bucks and they stop carry items that are seasonal. I hate that

I've never had a problem with quality from this site, only speed and I don't know if I can even blame the baristas when this is the only Starbucks nearby to hit. I don't even bother going here anymore though, there is never a point in time when the drive-through isn't backed up and a line out the door. I can swing through the Dunkin Donuts down the street in a third of the time.

They were a little slow the last time I was there and they ran out of breakfast sandwiches before 10 but otherwise the place is warm and inviting the internet is free and I love the return on investment I am getting from their stock.
